Find a book by ISBN in a library near you using Open WorldCat (www.worldcatlibraries.org). (Note: Does not include all libraries.)
To search, enter the ISBN with the switch -isbn and the location with switch -where. Location can be US zip code, US state, province or country. 

Example: worldcat -isbn 0385504209 -where 43017 will find copies of the Da Vinci Code near zip code 43017.
