Update your Twitter status if you supply a parameter; otherwise, go
to your Twitter homepage (twitter.com/home). Must be logged in to use. 

Example:
twitt (goes to the homepage)
twitt planning world domination (updates your status with "planning 
world domination") 

NOTE: will add a backslash in front of some characters 
(single quotes, backslashes, others)
