SYNOPSIS
     tiddlyspot -user [THE FUTURE TIDDLYWIKI NAME] -pass [THE PASSWORD FOR UPLOADING/SAVING CHANGES TO THE WEB] -flavour=Plain [THE CHOSEN TIDDLYWIKI FLAVOUR]

DESCRIPTION
     instantly create a tiddlywiki of the desired flavour at tiddlyspot.

     the -user and -pass parameters are required
     the -flavour parameter is optional, and will default to Plain
     
     possible flavour values include :
     Plain : create a standard tiddlywiki
     Themes : create a standard tiddlywiki with the SelectThemePlugin installed
     MonkeyPirateTiddlyWiki : create a TiddlyWiki featuring TagglyTagging and MPTW layout
     MonkeyGTD : create a GTD oriented TiddlyWiki with MPTW plugins
     d3 : create a GTD oriented TiddlyWiki based on the work of Tom Otvos at dcubed.ca
