Search your spurl library for pages given some tag
e.g. 
 spurltag toread
will give you a page of all the pages you have spurled as 'toread'

Separate multiple tags with a space, to get pages tagged with all the tags
e.g.
 spurltag toread humor
will give a list of all pages tagged both as 'toread' and as 'humor'

This command will only work if you have a spurl account.
