Like the command snipr. Sends a URL to the URL shortening service 
SnipURL.com. The difference is that whatever follows the URL in 
will be used as the title for the "snipped" URL. 

Example
snipt http://bradhicks.livejournal.com/328184.html Brad Hicks on forbidden knowledge (from Reddit)

will give you a shortened version of the URL associated with the title
"Brad Hicks on forbidden knowledge (from Reddit)"
