rgb Color mixer. Displays given color and lets you adjust it.
Example: [rgb 0F0] = [rgb 00FF00] = [rgb 0,255,0] = [rgb green]
That is: 3or6 digit HEX RGB value, comma separated DEC RGB value,
or some common name. (for HSV use the 'hsv' command)
