Displays a random bitmap via random.org.
You can set the following parameters:
-file :Whether the image file is a png or gif (those are the only options)
-x :the width of the image
-y :the height of the image
-zoom :the scale of the image (1 is normal, 2 is twice as large, etc.)
Example: ranbit -file gif -x 64 -y 32 -zoom 1
