Prox

Finds DEF14A filings for a company to SEC.gov.

Example: prox -co Microsoft -start 2001 
This will give you proxy filings (5 altogether) from 2001 forward.

Example: prox -co Microsoft -start 2003 -end 2005
This will give you proxy filings starting in 2003 year and ending in 2005.
