http://logankoester.com/tools/urls.php?action=pingmail&url=%s&email=${email}

Checks if a url is online. If it is, it will optionally send you an email
(or sms, of course) declaring so. If not, attempt to refresh the page
every two minutes using JavaScript.

Usage: pingme http://userscripts.org -email logan@logankoester.com
