DESCRIPTION
    This is for Northwestern University students who access electronic journals
    for research.  Many journals that can be found at Google Scholar require subscriptions,
    but can be accessed through Northwestern's Electronic Resources (ER).  This command
    creates an easy way to turn a normal URL into one that can be accessed through ER.
