Net Bible Search: This is for the newly released NET Bible Online Study Tool at http://net.bible.org released on 1st February 2011. You can use the following types of searches: * Words. Example: God love. o This will return results that match all or some of the words. * A Phrase in quotes. Example "Holy mountain" o This will return results where the exact phrase is found. * A Bible reference. Example: John 1 or John 1:1 o This will load the verse/passage you enter in the Bible tab, and return bible.org articles and theological journals that are on that verse/passage. * Strong's number. Example: strong:25 o This will return bible verses that have the the word corresponding the given Strong's number. * Words within a certain distance of each other. Example: "God love"~5 o This will find verses/pages that have the the words "God" and "Love" within 5 words of each other. Note that word and phrase searches consider multiple bible versions so that for example a search result is produced for "holy montain" even where the NET Bible says "holy hill".
