nextbiblechapter -book {% 1 %s} -chapter {% 2 %s} -tab {% 3 %s}[no url encoding]

Look up a Bible chapter the excellent NextBible (net.bible.org)tool
Syntax: nbc <book> <chapter> <tab> 
Example: nbc jn 3 xref
The third parameter (tab) is optional but allows the selection of a tab within the page 
Note: this is a simplified positional version of nextbiblechapter
