Look up an address in the Ausway map database.  A companion to the "melwayref" command.

Arguments:
  -no [street number]
  -street [street name]
  -suburb [suburb name] (pretty much required)
  -pc [postcode]
  -state [number] (defaults to 1, which is Victoria)
