mdigg opens up digg's new "digg river" which allows you to access digg's home page content via the browser in your mobile phone or PDA.  In addition, to make direct access to the various topical areas of digg you can enter "mdigg" plus an ampersand (&) and the first letter of the topic to go directly to that topic (e.g. mdigg&t would take you to the digg river page for technology.
