There are two ways of specifying a location
Lat/Lon method: livemaps -lat <latitude> -lon <longitude>
Toponym method: livemaps <location>

Additional Parameters:

-z   : zoom from 1 (farther) to 19 (nearer)
-s   : style: 
       r = roadmap (default)
       o = bird's eye view
       a = aerial
 
EXAMPLES

lmaps New York -s o -z 16   : Birds Eye view of New York
lmaps -lat 43.35 -lon -3.2 -z 5  : A road map at 43 N 3.2 W
lmaps -lat {b60 48 -m 51 -s 30.70} -lon {b60 2 -m 17 -s 39.70} -s a -z 16 : Aerial photo of the point at 48º 51' 30,10" N , 2º 17' 39,70" E, The Eiffel Tower
