     linktag3 - A replacement for linktag

SYNOPSIS
     linktag3 [<URL>!!<LINK CAPTION>] -t [TARGET]

EXAMPLES
     linktag3 {url g chocolate}                : Link to a Google search for "chocolate"
     linktag3 www.google.com                   : Link to Google
     linktag3 www.google.com!!Search           : Link to Google, with the text "Search"
     linktag3 www.google.com!!Search -t _blank : The link will open in a new window
     

DESCRIPTION
     This is a replacement for the command "linktag", which no longer works.
     
     Returns a hyperlink html code with the given text and destination
