All-purpose command for JournalFen.

"jfen" takes you directly to JournalFen's main page, "jfen <username>" takes you to that user's journal, and "jfen <username>/friends" takes you to that user's friends page. /info and /calendar will also work to access the user's profile and calendar (obviously).
