Shows the HTMLized version of an RFC as given by http://tools.ietf.org/html/.

Takes one parameter, namely the number of the requested RFC.
Example: htmlrfc 2616

This works particularly well with the Firefox extension DocumentMap, as explained here: http://tools.ietf.org/inventory/reading-tools
