Searches your subscrided feeds within Google Reader. 
The search performed will be across all of your feeds, as if you chose "All items" in the search dropdown. 
You must be logged in to Google Reader for this command to function.

USAGE:

greadsearch <search term #1> <search term #2> ... <search term n>
