Uses the javascript panel OPML reader at Grazr.com to read 
an OPML file. As a parameter, use the URL of any OPML file on the web. 
This is an updated version of the command "grazr" which apparently no
longer works. 

Example:
graz http://share.opml.org/opml/top100.opml
