Computes the grayscale level for an RGB color, using the formula reported by
Craig Markwart on the IDL newsgroup http://www.dfanning.com/ip_tips/color2gray.html

Example: gray 0 255 100

Uses Google Calculator to do the arithmetic, and Fuska's % command 
to handle positional parameters.
