All-purpose command for GreatestJournal. 

"gjrnl" takes you directly to GreatestJournal's main page, "gjrnl <username>" takes you to the specified user's journal, and "gjrnl <username>/friends" takes you to the friends page of a user. /info and /calendar should also work.
