flickrscout -- use flagrantdisregard's Scout to find the most interesting 
photos of a Flickr user, as ranked by http://flickr.com/explore .

USAGE
flickrscout [optional Flickr username]

If a username is entered, it will search for photos for that user.  If no
username is entered, it will take you to the main Scout page.
