Transform the Facebook app's internal fb:// protocol into a browser URL. 

Example: 
   fb:// event/406537894369XXXX 
      (note that you must insert a space after the double slashes)
will become
   https://www.facebook.com/event/406537894369XXXX
      (not a canonical Facebook URL but Facebook is smart enough to
      redirect properly.)

This is useful if you regularly use Facebook's mobile app to put
events on your phone's calendar.
