Uses Carrot to determine whether X is (modifier) Y, where X is a noun and Y is an adjective.

Example: csveryq -noun Michael+Jordan -adj good awesome
Performs searches for "Michael Jordan is * good" "Michael Jordan's * good" "Michael Jordan is not * good" "Michael Jordan's not * good" and "Michael Jordan isn't * good"
