Type in a command, or "ls dictionary" to search all commands for "dictionary", etc.

var ${name} -set ${value}
NAME
     
     const - names and [re]sets the value of a variable.

          
DESCRIPTION
     
     const is a tool based on Stephen Paul Weber's var command.  It 
     is a proof of concept that is also a useful work-around if you 
     need to keep things the same.


EXAMPLES
     
     Example: const -name rose -value sweet
              Issuing the command `var rose'
     Result:  Returns the value "sweet".
