cli stands for command line interface.

"cli <command seached for>" searches via google on the site ss64.com, which lists many commands for Bash (Gnu/Linux and OS X), Oracle 9i, SQL Server 2005 and Windows NT/XP.

Example: cli alias
It will return helpfull information on the alias command (Bash shell).
