Performs an "I'm Feeling Lucky"-style search on the bittorrent tracker Mininova.org

Examples:
  btd within temptation
  btd american beauty -c movies
  btd unreal tournament -c games -u 1
  btd test -debug 1

Optional:
  -c [name]    = all (default), anime, books, games, movies, music, pictures, software, tv, other
  -u [0/1]     = Echo the file's url instead of redirecting your browser to it. Useful if your browser doesn't redirect or you want to pipe the output to another command.
  -debug [0/1] = Echo the id, category number, search url, and file url.
