Type in a command, or "ls dictionary" to search all commands for "dictionary", etc.

Create an Amazon Associates link from a regular Amazon link.  
Amazon Associates is Amazon.com's affiliate program.

arguments:
-url    put the Amazon link you want to convert here
-name   put your desired link text here.  It defaults to "Buy it at Amazon.com"

usage:
associates -url [amazon url] -name [link name]

NOTE:  You must be logged into Amazon for this to work.
