S-1 Command
>This jumps you direct to the most recent
(current year) S-1 filing for a company.
The S-1 is the document submitted to the
Securities & Exchange Commission by a
company so that it can conduct an IPO.

S-1/A filings (which may also show up) are
amended filings a company must make to satisfy
SEC concerns or questions.

Example: S-1 merrill

They are the more up-to-date than the original S-1.
