NAME
     CommandURL - scrapes a YubNub command's 'man' page and returns the command's URL

SYNOPSIS
     CommandURL [COMMAND_NAME]

EXAMPLE
     CommandUrl gim
          -returns: http://images.google.com/images?q=%s

     CommandURL ifempty
          -returns: ifThen -value1 ${value} -value2 -test EQUAL -then ${then} -else ${else}

NOTES
     This command most likely would only be useful for building
     other commands (and maybe not even that).
