Shortcut to Philipp Lenssen(Google Blogoscoped) Autolinker tool:

This tool uses the Yahoo API to link significant words and phrases from a text you provide.

Just type Autolinker before the text you want to add links
Example:
Autolinker I want to buy a new Ipod in the manhatan apple store
