Uses 301URL.com to shorten URLs. 301URL.com is different from other link shortening services in that it uses a 301 Redirect and thus (they say) preserves link value. Submit a full URL as a parameter. You will be taken to a confirmation screen where you can enter an alias and/or a password (for stats and editing), both optional. I haven't been able to figure out how to bypass this.
