Lookup ZIP+4 information for any U.S. address using the U.S. Postal Service
lookup page. You must supply a street address as the first parameter, 
and then either a city and state (as a two-letter abbreviation), or a
ZIP code. The street address must come first and does not need to 
be labeled. The other parameters are -city, -state, and -zip. 



Examples:

both
   zipp 1600 pennsylvania ave  -city washington -state dc
and
   zipp 1600 pennsylvania ave -zip 20500
give the same results

both
   zipp 532 N. 7th Street -zip 19123
and
   zipp 532 N. 7th Street -city philadelphia -state pa
give the same results
