Yahoo's currency converter (German version aka "Währungsrechner").

You can specify amount (amt), starting currency (from) and target currency (to):
ycde -amt 2000 -from EUR -to USD

(if no parameters are specified, command defaults to amt=1000, from=USD, to=EUR)
