webtrans <url> -lp <source language>_<destination language>

EXAMPLE

webtrans http://www.lemonde.fr : Translates LeMonde from french to english ||
webtrans {url wpen Cheese} -lp en_es : Translates the Cheese article on Wikipedia from Engish to Spanish
