Type in a command, or "ls dictionary" to search all commands for "dictionary", etc.

Performs URL Encoding (escaping) on your string, including overlong UTF-8 encoding. Also performs simple (not overlong/etc) URL decoding (unescaping).

To encode (or simply decode) a string, just type the string you want to encode or decode.

Example: urlenc hello world
Example: urlenc %61%6c%6c%20%64%6f%6e%65
