Use the Grazr OPML browser to get a snapshot of the Twitter friends
timeline of any Twitter user. Supply the a Twitter username as a 
parameter, and this command will return an OPML file (in a Grazr window)
with one node for each of that user's friends. 

Note that the Twitter API will only return a maximum of 
100 friends per user.
