-d YYYYMMDD [date, can use "*" as wildcard]
-geo [geographic parameter, can use "*" as wildcard, DEFAULT=State of incorporation]
-l [geographic field value, can use "*" as wildcard, DEFAULT=TX]
-f [form type, can use "*" as wildcard, DEFAULT=10-K*]
-b [start year of search, make sure synchs with -d field's year, DEFAULT=2007]
-e [end year of search, DEFAULT=2007]
