A working repeat command

rpt <data> -t <times> -s <spaces>

times is defaulted to 1, spaces is defaulted to 0

rpt ha           : ha
rpt ha -t 3      : hahaha
rpt ha -t 3 -s 1 : ha ha ha (without a space at the end)
