Uses pagereboot.com to reload the url following the command, eg:
rbt http://yahoo.com
reloads yahoo.com every 30 seconds by default

There is an optional parameter to specify the time (-t), eg:
rbt http://yahoo.com -t 4
reloads yahoo.com every 4 seconds
