pciid

http://pci-ids.ucw.cz/iii//?i=%s
Looks up vendor id and product id in the linux pci id repository.

It makes it easy to find the vendor and the product name of your peripherals directly from windows or linux.

E.g. your vendor id is 8086 and your product id is 4220
In windows you can see the ids in device manager under the driver details in this format:
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_4220&SUBSYS_......
Then you can use the yubnub command "pciid 80864220" and it will give you the needed information on the hardware.

In linux both the ids and product name can be found with the command "lspci -nn"
