echo <html><head><title>Showing the color %s</title></head><body style="background-color:%s"></body></html>

Very similar to the color and showcolor commands (see the man pages for details).
Opens a page with no text and a background of the color entered.

EXAMPLES:

fullcolor #aa6152
fullcolor black
