Convert a number in base 60 to base 10. Use it for hour, minute, second conversions, or degree, minute, second conversions.
b60 <degrees> -m <minutes> -s <seconds> -dec <precision>
All parameters are optional. dec is defaulted to 6, all others to 0

EXAMPLES:

Convert 2 hours and a half to hours
b60 2 -m 30        : 2.5

Convert 3º 72' W to decimal longitude

b60 -3 -m 72 -dec 7 
We use -3 since its West, and -dec 7 because thats the number of decimals required.
