Submits a URL to Digital Inspiration's Sidewiki reader page. Will
allow you to read all Sidewiki comments for a given URL in a
simple reader interface. Useful if you want to read Sidewiki comments
but do not have the Google toolbar installed. As a parameter, supply the
full URL of the page whose comments you want to see. 

Example:

sidewiki http://www.cdc.gov/heartdisease/prevention.htm
